A New Jersey native who was raised in West Orange and has lived in communities throughout both Essex and Passaic counties, Effie is extremely knowledgeable about the unique features that make Northern New Jersey neighborhoods so desirable. Having been a part of the Cedar Grove community for over 25 years and currently living in Little Falls for over 15 years, Effie brings with her a wealth of knowledge about both communities.
